In view of your company's 4N6X2 reflection of insufficient on-site output, unreasonable current operation data and supporting motors, our engineers went to the site to understand the actual operation situation. the 4N6X2 supporting power is 37KW, and the original manufacturer of the pump is Shanghai kaiquan pump co., ltd. it was provided in 2011. the effect of the equipment after use is not satisfactory. in 2014, your company purchased the same model from Shenyang pump factory, which is not ideal either. The actual installation height of the pump is 2.2 m (from the flange of the hot well to the pump inlet center), the measured outlet pressure P1 = 0.46MPa,DCS display current I1 = 44.6A, and the digital clamp measurement current data are consistent. The actual installation is shown in the figure,

 


 

According to the above actual situation, our company believes that the following circumstances are unreasonable:

1. The vacuum gas collecting pipe is taken in the outlet pressure chamber of the first impeller of the condensate pump, which cannot achieve the gas collecting effect.

2. The water inlet pipeline from the hot well to the pump is unreasonable, and the pipeline DN100 is designed separately, which increases the water absorption resistance of the pump inlet.

3. The inlet shell of the pump is leaking and there is pressure relief.

The above unreasonable factors all affect the actual effect of the pump. After technical exchanges with your company, our company recommends to change the actual management and installation of the pump (see figure), and replace the original water pump as a whole. The specific parameters of the water pump are Q = 40m.3/h,H = 55m, motor matching power 22KW. The impeller of the water pump is made of stainless steel, and the machine seal is sealed. The motor adopts a high-efficiency and energy-saving motor YE3-180M-22KW with level 2 energy consumption. After the change, the pressure remains unchanged, and the actual power consumption is about 30A. At the same time, the vacuum collecting pipe is changed to the pipe point before the pump inlet, and the vacuum pipe is required to be DN25.
